Terms of Service

The product is a digital file and does not require shipping. Once you decided to commission me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated below. If you, the client, did not read the terms of services, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception.

Important Notes

First off, I apologize if I might be late to start on yours so do let me know if you need it urgently so I can manage my time to start on yours first. Otherwise there is no need to rush me on yours.
(Reasons: Its either I take a break from drawing or I'm working on other commissions. Please be considerate.)Please be patient and not asking for my progress in a short time after paid.I retain the rights to the commissioned illustration/s and by commissioning me, you are allowing me to use and feature the commissioned work/s on my portfolio / website / social media and future published art books.

General Info

▶ Reference images are greatly appreciated and highly encouraged. I won't accept any wall of text written descriptions. Picture images are ok.
▶ Sketches will be shown first for confirmation and approval! At this phase please decide on what are needed to be fix or add before I start lineart or color.
▶ You may ask for small changes to the art once it's finished. (Mainly the color ex: skin/eye color, etc)
▶ The commissioned work is for personal use only.
▶ I have the right to decline a commission if I think its too complicated for me.
▶ In terms of a detailed piece, I may charge extra.

Payment Process

▶ Payment upfront via PayPal or Wise and only in USD.
▶ Full payment are needed before I can start with the illustration.
▶ If there's any complications on your side that you are unable to complete the invoice, be sure to let me know your reason if you needed more time.
▶ No Refunds.

Other infos

▶ The client may post or use the art in any way they like.
▶ Illustration without my watermark will be given first unless you, the client asking for one and to be posted and share on your social media account.
▶ Please do not change or modify the art as you like.

▶ For promotional use on Twitch, Youtube, Patreon, any Vtuber related use, digital goods
(ex. original price $40 + commercial work: x2 = total: $80)For merchandise (t-shirt, key chains, mug, stickers, prints, etc)
▶ Clients must pay triple the original amount
(ex. original price $40 + commercial work: x3 = total: $120)
